What you can do for the headache/ Migraine

The throbbing recurrent headache mostly on the one side of a head. Frequently that is accompanied by the vomiting, nausea, and the extreme sensitivity to the sound and light. Migraines might include the stage which is called the aura. This is the marked by the visual disturbances such as the splotches, flashes, shimmering colored lights, zigzag surrounding by the blind spot.

A migraine is a neurobiological disease which involves in both vascular and neurological changes into the brain during the attack. The person with the genetic problem has the lesser threshold for an activation of the brain pain centers & it also becomes the hypersensitive for the stimulant the reason of a pain.   • The first thing you can do for a headache is applied the ice packs or the heat on the head and neck.
  • Next treatment is gently massaging the muscle of the scalp and neck.
  • You can also use some relaxation exercises for the pain.
  • As a medicine, you can take the aspirin or any other aspirin substitute like the acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
  • In case you have the nasal congestion then you can use the medication of the decongestant.
  • Also, reduce physical and the emotional stressors. Such as the eyestrain, anger, and the continuous loud noise.
  • You should avoid the foods that might trigger the headaches like the nuts, chocolates, aged cheeses, red wine, alcohol, pickled foods, avocados, raisins, or the figs.
  • If you are used to caffeine then it is your faults for turning your normal headache into a migraine.
Use of Ice Packs: Must go for the cold packs rather than the heat for stopping the pain of a migraine. The Carolyn Bernstein said that Ice is the anti-inflammatory.

Use of herbs: The butterbur herb might prevent the migraines because this herb supports the healthy flow of blood to the brain. The capsules of the feverfew dry-leaf might also lessen the frequency of the migraines pain.

Proper meal:
Never missed your meal, you must have to eat something healthy after every three hours. Because it will keep your level of blood glucose maintains.
